Deliciously scented sweet peas and Don's WHITE SUMMER Daylily

   

Daylilies Condilla and Peacock Uprising. Condilla is a popular double daylily with good bloom habits and a bright attention getting color.
To the right Coleus finds happiness in the shade of a Maple Tree.

 

Rocket Booster Daylily and Orchid like Catalpa Tree flowers. Even with out the beautiful Orchid like flowers, the Catalpa Tree has an interesting look. The bark is deeply ribbed and the leaves are huge and heart shaped


Blue Hydrangea a perennial that does well in a shady protected location of the garden. This variety, Endless Summer blooms nicley all summer. The flowers hold their color well and are very showy in the autumn.

Don with seedling plants. This part of the garden is still a bit free spirited with wild flowers moving back in quickly even after rototilling.

 

Best Behavior Daylily and a group of several purple daylily cultivars. A Royal Star Magnolia makes a nice dark green background for the daylily flowers.
