Natural Reflections Index Beach Roses
Beach RosesA recent trip to the beach found these Rosa Rugusa Red Roses growing in sand in full beautiful bloom. They are very tough rose bushes, a strong wind and hot sun did not seem to phase these plants. Ruguso Roses are commonly known as shrub roses. The Rugusa Roses are vigorous growers especially when compared to the wild pink rose bush shown below. |
